Shipping & delivery

Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to Sweden and Finland. We aim to open in more countries soon, stay tuned.

What is the shipping cost and time?
We have free delivery within Sweden and Finland. Delivery time is 1-3 working days.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has left our warehouse you will get a tracking link in the order confirmation email sent by us.

Cancel & Return

Can I cancel my order?
As we aim to deliver your product as quickly as possible, there is a short amount of time when you can cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer support immediately at hello@printisso.com

Can I return my order?

If the product is unused you have 60 days to return your order. Please email hello@printisso.com with your return request, name and order ID. We will respond with a return label by email. All returns are sent by Postnord. When we have received and checked the returned product, we will refund your order.

Do you provide prepaid return labels?
Yes we do! Returns are free of charge.

Which size should I choose?
The size of your suitcase should reflect how long you will be out travelling. Therefore, many travellers have several suitcases to match the type of travel.

Cabin size
Perfect for a shorter weekend or business trip of 2-3 days. You can carry this luggage with you on the flight.

Medium size
Perfect for a little longer travel of 4-7 days. This size is check-in luggage.

Large size
Perfect for a long travel of 7-14 days depending on your type of travel and needs. This size is check-in luggage.

Warranty

How do I make a warranty claim?
If your luggage gets damaged when checked-in, please contact your flight company. All warranty claims should be presented at the place of purchase or to hello@printisso.com
